This is our go to recipe when we want to pull a quick meal or breakfast together. Definitely a family favorite in our house! You can add all kinds of fillings to it and we have listed some variations for you at the bottom of the recipe.
For 4 to 6 servings
12 oz filling e.g., cooked bacon, 1 pack
8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups milk
2 tbsp cake flour, heaping
4 eggs, large
1 tbsp Jim’s Own Rub
Mix all the ingredients together and pour in an oiled ovenproof dish.
Dust a little extra Rub over for garnish.
Bake at by 350 degrees F for 40 minutes in dish or until the eggs are set nicely.
