Oven Baked Smokey Chicken Wings
3 lb. Chicken Wings (party style)
1/2 Cup Jim’s Own Smokey Rub
2 T vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place rack on top of the foil. Spray the rack with cooking spray.
In a large zip-top bag toss the wings with the oil to coat. After coating with oil add Jim’s Own Smokey Rub to the bag and toss until wings are completely coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the cooking rack. Bake for 45 minutes.
If you prefer a saucier wing remove the pan from the oven after 40 minutes. Baste with Jim’s Own Smokey Sauce or Jim’s Own Sticky-Q and bake for the remaining 5 minutes.
