Hearty Turkey Stew

This is a wonderful way to work away all the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. The bonus is this is low fat and as an option you can add beans to it to make a wonderful high fiber meal that could be served in tacos or burritos with all the trimmings.

Ingredients:

1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (16-ounce) can creamed corn
1 package frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup Jim’s Own Sauce Mild, Hot or Smokey

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Celery salt
