Sticky Grilled Chicken Wings


3 lbs. chicken wings (party wings)

salt and pepper

1 cup Jim’s Own Sticky-Q



Heat grill to a medium heat. Salt and pepper wings and arrange on grill so the pieces are close together. (This will help keep the meat moist). Grill the wings for about 20 minutes turning about every 5 minutes.

Pour Jim’s Own Sticky-Q into a large bowl. Remove wings from grill and toss them in the bowl of sauce, coating completely.

Turn grill up to medium-high. Return the wings to the grill and cook until sauce is blistered and wings are becoming crispy, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
