Jim’s Own Little Cocktail Smokies
These little cocktail sausages are great just stick a toothpick in them and put on a platter. If you want to dress it up, you can serve it with hummus. The sweet tangy taste of the Jim’s Own and the smokey meat is great with this creamy dip.
3 lbs. Cocktail Smokies (Beef is best)
2 cups Jim’s Own Sauce Mild, Hot, Mustard or Smokey
Directions
Put all smokies in a pot on the stove. Pour Jim’s Own sauce over smokies. Stir until smothered. Cook on High for 20-30 min. Until plump. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer and serve.
