Grilled Tuna Steaks
4 fresh Tuna steaks
1 cup Jim’s Own Sauce Mild or Hot
Salt & Pepper
Marinate tuna steaks in the Jim’s Own Sauce for 3 to 4 hours. Place on hot grill and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill approximately 8 to 10 minutes each side until desired doneness. Cooking time my vary due to the thickness of the tuna steaks. I like my grilled tuna rare so it still needs to be pink on the inside then it is moist and flavorful, but you can cook it longer if you like. Fabulous with a crunchy salad!
