Sausage Breakfast Casserole

A hearty super easy breakfast casserole that is always a crowd pleaser.

1 PKG 8 Count Crescent Rolls
1 LB Ground Turkey (or meat of your choice)
4 tsp. Jim’s Own Mild Southern Sausage Seasoning
8 Eggs
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a 9 x 13 casserole dish with unwrapped crescent rolls. Blend seams to make a continuous crust.

Mix Turkey and Sausage seasoning well and brown in a medium skillet, which can be done ahead and refrigerated until ready to use. Spread meat in casserole dish.

Lightly beat eggs and pour mixture over meat. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
