Jim’s Own Mustard Spicy Southern Mustard Coleslaw


8 cups shredded green cabbage
1 3/4 cups shredded white onion
1 cup shredded green bell pepper
1/3 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup shredded celery


3/4 cup Jim’s Own Sauce Mustard
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Combine the cabbage, onion, bell pepper, carrot and celery in a large bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and blend until smooth.

Pour the dressing over cabbage mixture and stir together.

Chill and serve.
