Recipes Pulled Pork
Jim’s Own Pulled Pork
Ingredients
2-3 lb. Pork Loin or Pork Butt roast
16 oz Jim’s Own Sauce Mild, Hot, Mustard or Smokey
Directions for Crock Pot
Put the meat in the crock pot and pour half of the 16oz bottle of Jim’s Own Sauce over the meat.
Cook on hot for 4 – 5 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
The meat should be easy to flake and pull apart when cooked.
Using a knife and fork pull the meat apart and pour over the rest of the sauce.
Serve on a hamburger bun or with your favorite salad side.
Directions for oven preparation
Heat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Put the meat in an oven proof dish and pour half of the 16oz bottle of Jim’s Own Sauce over the meat and cover with foil.
Cook for 4 – 5 hours.
The meat should be easy to flake and pull apart when cooked.
Using a knife and fork pull the meat apart and pour over the rest of the sauce.
Serve on a hamburger bun or with your favorite salad side.
