Baked Salmon Fillets

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup Jim’s Own Sauce Mild, Hot or Mustard
1 tbsp. butter, melted
4 salmon fillets
4 thin slices lemon
Salt to taste

Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix the lemon juice, Jim’s Own Sauce and the butter together.

Arrange fillets in an ungreased rectangular baking dish, drizzle with Jim’s Own Sauce mixture.

Bake uncovered 15 minutes.

Place 1 slice of lemon on each salmon fillet, baste with some of the juices in the pan.

Bake until fish flakes easily with fork, 15 to 20 minutes longer.

Serve with juices from dish.

This goes well with mashed potatoes and crunchy garlic, green beans.
