Smokey Peach Salsa

We still have plenty of peaches in the store and they are so sweet and delicious. This salsa is fantastic on BBQ Pork Pizza, added to wraps or as an appetizer with chips or pita bread. We love the way that our Smokey Sauce complements the sweet, crunchy salsa ingredients.

Serves 3-4

Ingredients
1 large tomatoes, diced
1/4 bell pepper seeded and finely diced
1/4 medium onion, finely diced
1 large peaches, diced
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced (optional)
2 Tbsp Jim’s Own Sauce Smokey
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper or to taste

Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.
