Lamb Chops with Canadian Steak Seasoning

INGREDIENTS:

Lamb Shoulder Chops

Canadian Steak Seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

Rub Seasoning generously on all sides of chops.

Allow to set and absorb flavor about 1 hour.

Grill chops over medium high heat about 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 120-130 degrees.

Be careful not to overcook, pork chops can dry out easily.
