1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can cannellini beans or white kidney beans
1 can pinto beans, undrained
1 cup Jim’s Own Sauce Mild, Smokey or Hot
3 tbsp Jim’s Own Rub Mild
1 package frozen mixed vegetables (optional)

Brown turkey in a pot on med-high heat with chopped onion until thoroughly cooked through.

Drain fat.

Add in all remaining ingredients.

Bring to a low boil, stirring frequently.  If chili thickens too quickly, add a bit of water.
