Recipe Smokey Meatballs
Smokey Apricot Meatballs
This definitely is a party staple for us. You can put the meatballs in the crockpot ahead of time and add the saucy glaze and let it simmer on low or high depending how much time you have. We just leave it in the crockpot for serving then it stays piping hot until it’s all devoured and trust us it will be!
2 packs of beef, chicken, turkey or pork meatballs (30 per pack)
2 cups (16oz) Jim’s Own Sauce Smokey
½ cup apricot jam (could also use peach)
Put the meatballs in the crockpot or in the pot on the stove.
Mix Jim’s Own Sauce Smokey and apricot jam and pour over the meatballs.
Heat until warmed through – approx. 3 hrs on high and 4-5 hrs on low
