Jim’s Own Sauce Mild is a 60-year-old tried and tested recipe that we still make today with the same quality ingredients.  Jim’s Own Sauce has been commercially sold in North Carolina since 1997. It’s a deliciously tangy and slightly sweet North Carolina style tomato-based barbeque sauce that can be used on pork, chicken, beef, fish and veggies. It is so versatile you will love it!! hotJim’s Own Hot

Jim’s Own Sauce Hot has been around since 2000. This medium hot sauce has the same great taste as the Jim’s Own Mild with added kick for the ones who like it HOT. Our favorite is sticky chicken wings, but you can add to any of the recipes where you want to add some heat.

Jim’s Own Honey Mustard

This is Jim’s Own take on a honey mustard sauce. We used our own blend of mustards to create a unique tangy and sweet sauce with a true mustard flavor. It looks and tastes great brushed on grilled chicken, pork loin, pork chops, ribs, hams and turkey. Jim’s Own Honey Mustard offers a wonderful twist to your favorite potato salad or coleslaw recipe – just add this to the mayonnaise blend you stir into the cooked potatoes or coleslaw.

vinegarJim’s Own Vinegar

Jim’s Own Vinegar is a classic down east style sauce made in North Carolina. Our vinegar and spice mix at its best with apple juice to round it of nicely. Thin and medium spiced, it is designed to penetrate the meat. Whole hog or not, use it as a mop or baste on any meat while it is cooking and also as a finishing sauce on the table.

The newest addition to the family is a smooth, velvety, thicker sauce that is made with the best quality ingredients including real molasses. Sticky Q could be used as a cook in sauce, but is ideally applied later in the cooking process to deliver a beautiful caramelized, sticky outer layer to any meat – think sticky wings. Our Jim’s Own Rub Smokey has the warm undertones of caramelized sugar and smoked peppers with a zippy bite just for fun. This all-purpose rub is delicious on Pork Loin and Ribs, Chicken, Hamburgers, Turkey and Beef. Also fantastic as a seasoning on Sweet Potato fries.

Jim’s Own Texas Steak Rub 

Jim’s Own Texas Steak Rub is a mild fragrant rub packed with cumin, herbs and chili peppers. This all-purpose Rub is best on Beef, Pork and Chicken Oven Roast or Slow Smoked Beef Brisket, Ribs and Wings. The savory flavor of this rub is also fabulous on Flame Grilled Beef or White Fish Steak. Jim’s Own Texas Steak Rub is known to be a secret ingredient in many Chili and Taco recipes. Jim’s Own Canadian Steak Seasoning 

Jim’s Own Canadian Steak Seasoning is balanced between complex and bold, but not spicy. It is a robust, savory seasoning blend with garlic, black pepper, dill seeds and other spices. Jim’s Own Canadian Steak Seasoning is best used on any steak or beef roast, grilled lamb loin chops, roasted leg of lamb or pork loin chops.

Apply about an hour before cooking – for evenly cooked meat – let your meat reach room temperature before cooking.

This seasoning is in a bag that will not fill the shaker when decanted into shaker – product sold by weight.

This is a Mild Southern Sausage Seasoning that contains red pepper, sage and black pepper. This Seasoning is a reduced salt recipe and contains NO MSG. Add additional salt to taste – 1 to 4 teaspoons per packet as needed. Each 8 oz. bag correctly seasons 25 lbs. of meat, or use 3 teaspoons of seasoning per lb. of meat.

TO MAKE FRESH SAUSAGE YOU NEED:
25.0 Lbs. Boneless Pork, Beef, Deer or mix thereof (15 % to 30 % fat)
1 Bag Jim’s Own Mild Southern Sausage Seasoning

MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE:
1. Grind meat through a 1/2 inch plate.
2. Mix seasoning evenly through meat .
3. Regrind through a 3/16 inch, 5/32 inch or 1/8 inch plate.
4. Package in bulk or stuff into casings.
