Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

This is wonderful side dish to roast pork, chicken, turkey and your favorite hamburger. The Jim’s Own Rub Smokey or Mild add a sweet, caramelized goodness to these otherwise plain fries.

Ingredients
1 bag frozen sweet potato fries
2 tbsp. Jim’s Own Rub Smokey or Mild

Directions
Follow the directions on the pack and 5 minutes before the required baking time is over, take the fries out of the oven and sprinkle with Jim’s Own Rub of your choice.

Put them back in the oven for the remainder of the cooking time.
