Grilled Shrimp with Jim’s Own and Garlic

2 pounds jumbo shrimps, shelled and deveined, tail left on
1/4 cup Jim’s Own Sauce Mild or Hot
1 large clove garlic, crushed
Salt to taste
juice of 1 lime or lemon
1/4  cup olive oil

Use scissors to remove shells without disturbing tails. In a non-reactive bowl, combine Jim’s Own Sauce, crushed garlic, salt, lime juice & olive oil. Put shrimp in bowl; stir to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill 5 to 6 inches from coals for about 12 to 15 minutes, turning frequently. Remove tails if cooking under the broiler and cook turning it frequently.

Serve with Jim’s Own garlic butter dipping sauce.
