Recipes Grilled Fish


Jim’s Own Grilled Fish

4 portions of fish (mahi mahi, cob, tilapia) or 1 large fish fillet
1/2 stick butter
1 cup Jim’s Own Sauce Vinegar
1/2 cup apricot jam
1/4 cup garlic cloves chopped fine or 2-3 Tbsp. crushed garlic
A little extra sauce to brush on at end of grilling

Place the fish on a piece of aluminum foil. Melt butter in a cup in microwave. Add Jim’s Own Sauce, apricot and garlic to the melted butter. Puree with stick blender until smooth.  Brush liberally on the fish. Cook the fish on the high heat on the foil on the grill until fish flakes easily. Should be 25 – 30 min depending on the thickness of the fish.
