Recipe Chicken Pastry Roll

Chicken & Cheese stuffed puff pastry roll

Ingredients
1 pack puff pastry dough (in freezers in store)
2 cups cooked chicken shredded
1/4 cup Jim’s Own Sauce Mild, Hot, Mustard or Smokey
1 tbsp Jim’s Own Rub Mild or Smokey
1 cup cheese

Directions
Thaw the puff pastry as directed on the packet.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Roll open on a floured surface.

Mix the chicken, Jim’s Own Sauce, Jim’s Own Rub and cheese in a separate bowl.

Put chicken mixture in the pastry and fold over and press closed so none of the cheesy goodness can get out !

Bake as per directions on puff pastry packet (around 20 -25 min).

Serve with a side salad or some steamed veggies.
