Seared Tuna Steaks with Jimís Own Sauce Hot
Jim’s Own Sauce Hot blended with Soy sauce delivers the perfect salty, sweet heat that goes so well with Tuna steaks pan seared to perfection. The tuna is only seared so make sure you use good quality tuna as the inside is still raw. Serve the steaks drizzled with extra sauce.
Tuna steaks – 1 per person
½ cup Jim’s Own Sauce Hot
½ cup Soy sauce
A little olive oil for the pan
Sliced avocado (Optional)
Mix the Jim’s Own Sauce Hot and the Soy sauce together and marinate the tuna steaks in the sauce for 30 min to 1 hour. Heat the pan so it is hot before adding the tuna steaks and searing each side about 30 seconds. Slice and serve with sliced avocado and drizzled with extra sauce.
