Jim’s Own Sauce Mild is a 50 year old tried and tested recipe that we still make today with the same quality ingredients.  Jim’s Own Sauce has been commercially sold in North Carolina since 1997. It's a deliciously tangy and slightly sweet North Carolina style tomato based barbeque sauce that can be used on pork, chicken, beef, fish & veggies. It is so versatile you will love it!! Jim’s Own Sauce Hot has been around since 2000. This medium hot sauce has the same great taste as the Jim’s Own Mild with added kick for the ones who like it HOT. Our favorite is sticky chicken wings, but you can add to any of the recipes where you want to add some heat.

mustardJim's Own Mustard

This is Jim’s Own take on a mustard sauce. We used our own blend of mustards to create a unique tangy and sweet sauce with a true mustard flavor. This looks and tastes great brushed on grilled chicken, pork loin, pork chops, ribs, hams and turkey. This offers a wonderful twist to your favorite potato salad or coleslaw recipe – just add this to the mayonnaise blend you stir into the cooked potatoes or coleslaw.

Jim’s Own Sauce Smokey is a sweet and spicy, smokey BBQ sauce. We found the perfect balance between the now famous tangy, homestyle character of Jim’s Own Sauce Mild and a spicy smokey flavor. This unique balance is achieved using natural smoked peppers and a natural smoke flavor to round it off. This sauce makes ovenbaked or grilled ribs come alive with flavor, fabulous on chicken, pork chops and loin. The best result is achieved by applying before and after cooking. Jim’s Own Sauce Smokey can be used as a table condiment too.

vinegarJim's Own Vinegar

Jim’s Own Vinegar is a classic down east style sauce made in North Carolina. Our vinegar and spice mix at its best with apple juice to round it of nicely. Thin and medium spiced, it is designed to penetrate the meat. Hole hog or not, use it as a mop or baste on any meat while it is cooking and also as a finishing sauce on the table.

Jim's Own Mild Rub

Jim’s Own Rub Mild slightly sweet rub that is packed with flavors like paprika, pepper and herbs is excellent with pork, chicken, beef, seafood and veggies. Just like all our sauces this versatile rub is only limited by your imagination so go on try it!! Jim's Own Smokey Rub

Our Jim’s Own Rub Smokey has the warm undertones of caramelized sugar and smoked peppers with a zippy bite just for fun. This all purpose rub is delicious on pork loin and ribs, chicken, hamburgers, turkey and beef. For best results add it to your meat 1 to 2 hours before cooking or even overnight if you like to plan ahead.

Jim's Own Pincho Rub

Pincho literally means spike or skewer and this rub is designed for all things you put on a skewer, well maybe not marshmallows, but for everything else you are good to go. Our new Jim’s Own Rub Pincho is everything but sweet – it is a blend of earthy paprika and garlic with bright oregano and parsley undertones.
